AD5290 Questions

Hi

The customer has several questions about AD5290. Please let me know the answers asap.

Q1. Is SPI operated by +3.3V ? For example SDO pin could be pulled up by +3.3V instead of +5V ?

Q2. If VA, VB and VW would be powered before Vdd and Vss would be established after powered up, what would happen ?

Q3. Could you please share the figure of layout recommended ?

    -> Yes SPI can be operated at +3.3V. Yes, SDO can be pulled up by +3.3V instead of +5V.

    Q2. If VA, VB and VW would be powered before Vdd and Vss would be established after powered up, what would happen ?

    -> VA,VB and VW should always be powered after Vdd and Vss. The part would behave unexpectedly or might even get damaged if the recommendation is not followed.

    Q3. Could you please share the figure of layout recommended ?

    ->Please refer to "layout and Power supply Biasing" section in Page 17 of the Datasheet.
