In the page 15 of data sheet , upper dead band is described as follows.
DC specifications tested with the outputs unloaded, unless otherwise noted. Upper dead band = 10 mV and exists only when the internal reference voltage (V REF ) = V DD
with gain = 1, or when V REF /2 = V DD with gain = 2. Linearity calculated using a reduced code range of 12 to 4080.
what is the upper dead band especially for Vref/2=Vdd with gain=2 ?
when I set Vdd=5v with gain=2, can I use full range(5v) for 4096 ?
