The test condition of AD390 when Iee is tested？

Hello！ 
 My question is : What's the test condition of AD390 when Iee is tested？ 
 （1）CS1=CS2=CS3=CS4=A1=A0=0，DB0-DB11=both "0" or both "1 " ？ 
 or (2) CS1=CS2=CS3=CS4=A1=A0=DB0-DB11=1,and then test the supply current？ 
 or others？

 Test conditions are as follows: 
 +VCC=15V 
 -Vee=-15V 
 No load 
 DB0:DB11 = 0x800 (all 4 DACs)
