Regarding AD5751 for 4-20mA current

Could you please clarify what is the problem you're seeing?

Do you have a difficulty in using the CLEAR function? Are you in HW mode? or SW mode?

We are in Software Mode & yes we  have a difficulty in using the CLEAR function

- We require 4 to 20 mA (external 15 kΩ current sense resistor) Configuration Setting.

- What should be the Control register setting?

- What should be the status of AD0, AD1, AD2 , CLEAR, CLRSEL, RESET pin while Working in software mode ?

Hi piy,

Kindly refer to Table 7 and Table 8 on the data sheet on how to configure the control register, it shows how to select the output range and the external RSET on the control register.

For AD0, AD1, AD2 should correspond to your slave address.

Table 5 on the data sheet describes what you should be your configuration for CLEAR, CLRSEL and RESET pins.
