DAC Static Measurement: Offset Error vs Zero Scale Error

Hello, 
 In testing and evaluating the performance of a DAC device, is the measured offset error equal to the zero-scale error ?

Hi, 
 Zero-scale error is the error when zero code (i.e 0x0000 for 16-bit DAC) is loaded to the register. Meanwhile, the offset error is the error in the linear region of the transfer function.
