LTC2672 eval board


What is the maximum data rate for DC2903A (if I use linduino board, DC2026C)?

I want to generate up to 2MHz signal using this DAC. 50MHz clock maybe able to do it.... But I donot know the SPI speed of linduino.

    If the linduino has a 50MHz SPI clock, you would need to transfer at least 24 bits to the DAC to create one data point.  So the fastest frequency you could make would be 50MHz/24bits  call it 2MHz.  That would be a waveform with just 2 points.  If you want to make a 2MHz sine wave, the LTC1668 is a much better option.  Also I don't think the linduino has a 50MHz SPI bus.
