The AD1582 does only show some mV (24mV - 60mV)at the Output.
A C (Capacitor) between Vout and GND is mandatory required for the Reference to work. A minimum C is not specified in the datasheet - I tested it with 100nF - it worked for me but I cannot gurantee that this 100nF is enough for all AD1582 to work.
