I see there is one ROHS exemption item for AD7680BRJZ-REEL7 from below address:http://quality.analog.com/ProdContentSearch/SearchResults.aspx?Model=AD7680BRJZ-REEL7Since ROHS exemption would expire at the end of this year 2012, I can’t use this AD7680BRJZ with ROHS exemption in my fully ROHS compliant product.Does ADI has any plan to make this part fully ROHS compliant? Or is there fully ROHS compliant alternative?

This part number is an SOT23 -6 Chip on Lead package that utilizes 75%Pb 25%Indium as screen print paste. This material is used to attach the die tothe lead frame which is under RoHS Exemption 15 and with no definite date of expiration as stated on Annex III of the RoHS directive.Feedback: NO
