If the RSTB pin is floating, the voltage is unknown and so an unintentional hardware reset is possible. This can accidentally put the MAX11259 in STANDBY mode.
There is an opportunity to keep RSTB high by connecting it to the bump next to it, the DVDD (E3). This will ensure that the RSTB is always high.
