This equation calculates the temperature rise referred to 25°C, so to calculate the absolute temperature it is necessary to add 25° to the previous equation:
The DVbe voltage must be calculated from the data provided by the SAR with the following expression:
DVBE= Differential voltage base emitter.
ADCcode= Decimal value provided by the SAR ADC.
