What should I read back on the data interface if Interface Check is enabled?

When Interface Check mode is enabled, the AD7606C clocks out a fixed data word instead of the conversion result. 

This word will depend on whether a 16-bit (AD7606C-16) or 18 bit (AD7606C-18) generic is used.
