Dear Analog Devices Technical Support Team,
We have successfully used the MAX31865 with a PT200 RTD in a previous setup.
Now, we need to transition to using a PT10000 RTD. We understand that the MAX31865 datasheet primarily references the PT100 and PT1000.
We plan to use the PT10000 by setting the Reference Resistor R_REF to 40k. Is this configuration acceptable and feasible?
Could you please advise on any potential issues or major drawbacks we might encounter when operating the MAX31865 in this high-resistance range 10k RTD with a 40k R_REF?
