Thank you for your interest in using AD7723. May I ask your application and bandwidth of interest?

Yes, t6 and t7 are specified as 0 to 5nS, while the FSI high time (t8) is specified as 1 clk(max)

In an extreme case where t6 reaches the maximum 5nS, and t8 is exactly 1 tclk, t7 will also be 5nS and these values are still within specs.

In another case where t6 could be 0 nS, the FSI high time (t8) can deviate from 1 tclk as long as t7 is still within 0 to 5 nS.

The application is a communications device, but the bandwidth is still undecided.
