Hi all
I have a question regarding the 3-wire mode described in the AD7606B datasheet.
1、Which three wires does the three-wire mode described in the datasheet refer to? I am using the software mode of the serial interface, with SDI as the input for writing to the ADC, DOUTA for reading ADC data, and SCLK as the clock. Is this considered a three-wire mode?
2、Regarding the statement in the manual, "When using the AD7606B in 3-wire mode, keep SDI at a high level." Does this mean that SDI should be held high when reading ADC data through DOUTA?

3、If my understanding in the previous two points is correct, would holding SDI at a low level while reading ADC data via DOUTA in 3-wire mode cause intermittent data readback errors or lead to incorrect configuration of the ADC's internal registers?
Best regards
