I can close that one and focus on this thread since we are talking about the software of the device. Moving forward, have you tried running the software in the compatibility mode of your OS?

You also asked whether the AD2S1210 would work using CN0276. The answer to that is, Yes. CN0276 was designed or was refered to the AD2S1210: CN0276 | circuit note and reference circuit info High Performance, 10-Bit to 16-Bit Resolver-to-Digital Converter | Analog Devices. Are you leaning in using the AD2S1210 instead of the AD2S1200/05?

Hi SERVOMOTIONS ,

       Were there errors that pop up during the software installation? I am asking this because, this software was developed long time ago and some drivers may not be updated especially with latest Windows versions. Unfortunately, we are not supporting this software as we moved to a newer platform that can be use in another microcontroller.

     The latest device so far similar to this that I can recommend would be AD2S1210. This AD2S1210, I would recommend, is similar to AD2S1200/05 but the AD2S1210 has flexible resolution and have registers to configure the device functionality.
