Clarification on Mid-Scale Error Notation in AD7357 Datasheet

Category: Datasheet/Specs
Product Number: AD7357

Hi,

I came across a question regarding the Mid-Scale Error specification in the AD7357 datasheet.

In the electrical characteristics table, the Mid-Scale Error is listed as something like "0/35" or "0/38" (in LSBs). I'm unsure how to interpret this notation.

Could you please clarify:

  1. Does the "0/35" (in the Max column) notation mean that the Mid-Scale Error ranges from 0 to 35 LSBs?

  2. Or is this shorthand for typical / maximum values?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best regards,
