    I wonder if AD7794 in continuous conversion and read mode is auto cycling between channels or not? and if yes how to configure it?

      The AD7794 does not have a channel sequencer so it does not automatically cycle between channels. 
      

      Also, AD7794 is an old part, we usually recommend newer products if it is for new designs. The recommended replacement for AD7794 is the AD7124-4/AD7124-8 B grade. It has all the building blocks of the above ADC but more advance features, such as the automatic channel sequencer that you require/need for your application. The AD7124 also has a better performance.
