Regarding the EVAL-AD5940BIOZ, I would like to check the frequency stability of this board. According to the user manual, I have measured the stability of the AD5940 Z Test Board to simulate the impedance of the human body, but I also want to test the frequency stability of the board, I tried to connect the F and F- pins of the AD5940 Z Test Board with an oscilloscope (as shown below), but the relevant frequency is not stable on the oscilloscope, is there any problem with my measurement method? Or is there any other way to test frequency stability?
