CONNECTION METHODS AD2S1200 TO PC

Hi, SERVOMOTIONS .

Can you try to plug in first the Power Source of the EVAL-AD2S1200, before the USB connection to the SDP-B? Let me know if the problem still persists.

Please use the eval software not the CN0276. The CN0276 is used specifically for the CN0276 only. Let me know what happens when you power up the device as suggested above. And open the eval software of the AD2S1200.

I firstly try Eval software but below image error. Do you know what means ? In addition, I try another computer, but when click to open software after setup, nothing come and no window about software.

Can you share a new download link for software?

Noi you can see the fault code while setup. 

Dear Nathan, I download from below page, but it does not wirking and I try 5 different computer. Please can you remote connect to our computer by anydesk to setup and running my device.
