Power Up Sequence Part Deux

Category: Datasheet/Specs
Product Number: AD7626

Following up on this post EZ Analog AD7626 Power Up Sequence

I understand that the 2V5 (VDD2) rail should be powered before the 5V0 (VDD1) rail. However, there is a portion in the AD7626 datasheet (shown in attached image) where it says Pin 2 on the VDD2 rail should be powered before the other pins on the VDD2 rail. The specification is not reiterated in the "Power-Up" section of the datasheet. It's difficult to tell but it doesn't look like the eval board follows the highlighted specification either.

Is this specification accurate or required?

I plan on using a 2V5 plane in my design and bring up all of the 2V5 pins together, including VIO. They will all be decoupled individually.
