Sample for sientific research project

Question

Hello ADI Engineering Zone community, 
 I recently had a question regarding the EVAL-AD7091SDZ evaluation board, to which I received an answer quite quickly. Now that my concerns about the Eval board have been addressed, my plan is to order one from a distributor soon. Before I do that, I was wondering whether it is possible to get such components from Analog Devices as samples for research projects at universities, possibly even free of charge. Is there any experience of this here in the community?
