Power supply rails

Question

Hello, 
 I would want to know if it is possible to power supply the ADAS3022BCPZ VDDH, VSSH with +/-12V rails, and what are the consequences in term of performances ?

 The device was only tested for the given conditions in its datasheet. +/- 15V was used to test its optimal performance. Outside this specification is not recommended since it would not guarantee an optimal performance.
