Can you clarify further what you mean by spi of CPU? There are reference designs and evaluation board in the product page below that could provide some insights.

the spi of cpu...for example, zynq or MCU,which has the spi interface. Usually, we use the spi  master of mcu to control the spi slave of ad7768-1. I don't confirm if it needs isolator between the spi master(MCU) and the spi slave(AD7768-1).

Hi syncadc007 ,

Isolation between the MCU and ADC will depend on the system environment and application used (like existence of high voltage transients and interference). Can you share what your application is?
