Hello,
I am mainly looking for an single-ended ADC with 4 channels and min 500 kbps sampling rate for each channel I want to achieve. This ADC will work with a micrcontroller that has I2C (max 400 kHz) and SPI (8MHz or max 32 MHz).
Do you have any product suggestions to achieve this purpose?

Thanks very much for your reply. Only the first suggestion seems like suitable. Others do not meet the expectations as I want to achieve throughput rate 500 kHz for each channel in ADC with 4 channels. Continuous sampling is another critical point.
For example, I have sine waves of 250 kHz in each channels of ADC and want to sample these 4 channels at the same time during 10 miliseconds.
