Metal bottom

Question

Does the AD574A have exposed metal on the bottom of it? Is it safe to put traces or vias underneath the part? I could not find this info in the datasheet.

 Are you pertaining to the exposed pad (ground pad) of the package? All packages do not have an exposed pad. I also suggest not putting a route underneath the part. May I know your specific application and your desired specs since you are using an old part?
