Hello,
we recently investigated input impedance changes between AD7706BRZ batch no #2115 and #2234, although no corresponding PCN has been published.
To carry out the test, we stepped through the AIN2 voltage in 12mV steps from 0..1200mV. A 1k0, 10k or 100k series resistor was connected in between the voltage source and the AIN2 input. The graph shows that the AD7706 with batch #2115 reacts much more strongly to different input impedances than the AD7706 of batch #2234.

We have also noticed that the MCLK IN(pin2) input reacts more sensitively to an unclean/jittered clock line (2 MHz) since batch #2234.
Have hardware changes been made to the AD7706BRZ between years 2021 and 2022? What other changes (apart from the input impedance) have been made?
The package marking and imprint also differs between #21 and #22, see the following images. Are the ICs with batch #2234 and #2317 genuine?

We have been using the AD7706BR in the same application for almost 17 years.
Thanks for your help!
