Hi 
 Can two AD7740 share one crystal oscillator? 
 Is it reasonable to leave CLKOUT pin float?

Hi, mashimaro . 
 For the CLKOUT pin, it is a best practice to not leave any pins floating as this may induced noise and instability to your output. It is best to terminate it to ground when not in used.
