Product Number: MAX31856
Why there are many gaps in the occurence of temperature values of the MAX31856? With it's high resolution and the comparable small nonlinearity of the curve of the used 'K Type' thermocouple it is not to be expected. It occurs regardless of the amount of measurements (done up to 240000). It's always the same result as in the attachments.
