 You can try using the schematic of EVAL-AD7380-4 as your reference. Here is the link. EVAL-AD7380-4/EVAL-AD7383-4 Evaluation Board | Analog Devices . Then go to the design files. In there, is the schematic for the EVAL-AD7380-4.
