So I am studying the pedestal(noise floor) value of a 16bit MAX1133 ADC that is being used in a silicon charge detector. I see that pedestal value keeps on increasing with time regardless of whether the temperature of the detector is increasing or decreasing. What could be a Reason behind this build up of noise over time?
