For a research paper, I am doing a study on the changes seen in the pedestal noise of different ADCs with temperature and time. For almost all the ADCs that I studied, the pedestal noise varied proportionally with temperature and the overall pedestal noise stayed "constant with time". However, specifically for the MAX1133 200kbps ADC, the noise increases linearly with time although the behaviour with temperature is the same as all the other ADCs. I am confused as to why we see a linear rise in the noise with time only for the MAX1133? I could not find any information regarding this in its datasheet or other documents.
*It is to note that the ADC is being used in the readout of a silicon charge detector designed for a science study in astrophysics.
