AD5940 GPIO0 Pin Clarification

Category: Datasheet/Specs
Product Number: AD5940

Hello,

I'm connecting AD5940 to nRF52832 via SPI and need to link AD5940's GPIO0 to an nRF52832 GPIO pin. However, the AD5940 datasheet doesn't precisely match my board. I am just wondering which pin on the AD5940 board(GP0) corresponds to GPIO0: the top or bottom one?

Thanks,

Peter

  • GPIO0, 3, 6 can be configured as interrupts with Interrupt controller 0.

    You may refer to example codes in Github:

    Typical GPIO configuration:

    AGPIOCfg_Type gpio_cfg;

    gpio_cfg.FuncSet = GP0_INT|GP2_SYNC;
    gpio_cfg.InputEnSet = AGPIO_Pin2;
    gpio_cfg.OutputEnSet = AGPIO_Pin0|AGPIO_Pin2;
    gpio_cfg.OutVal = 0;
    gpio_cfg.PullEnSet = 0;
    AD5940_AGPIOCfg(&gpio_cfg);

    If jumper is unplugged, GP0 doesn't go anywhere in the circuit.
