why is the CLK not monotonous, but in series of 8 bits. In this case, how can you find out the real samplerate?

Thank you for your patience. I am actually still in contact with the product owner with regards to this. Meanwhile, may I know what does the monotonous mean? Does it mean that at some point, the CLK is less than or more than the expected clock pulse? Is it okay for you to share some snapshots?
