When the AD7634 operates at 670KSPS and a small signal of around 120mV at 100Hz is applied, there is a section of discontinuity in the output. Why does this happen?

1) Based on your snapshot, did you get it from the first data capture? Or from a continuous data capture?
2) This is a continuation of my first concern, what are the labels of this each axis?
3) You can refer to this section on its datasheet
4) You can try checking its supply voltages, specifically its negative supply voltage. You can refer to the image below as your reference. These are from its datasheet and user guide. It is still best to follow what it's on these pages since these were tested to be on its optimal performance.
Also, may we know what is your specific application? Since you are using a low throughput rate device. Maybe we could suggest better products suitable for your specific application.
