I encountered issues while using the AD7634

 When the operating frequency of the AD7634 is 670KSPS, when a small signal of about 120mV (100Hz) is applied, there is a discontinuity in the output. why is this happening

 Based on your query, I have the following questions and concerns: 
 1) Based on your snapshot, did you get it from the first data capture? Or from a continuous data capture? 
 2) This is a continuation of my first concern, what are the labels of this each axis? 
 3) You can refer to this section on its datasheet 
 4) You can try checking its supply voltages, specifically its negative supply voltage. You can refer to the image below as your reference. These are from its datasheet and user guide. It is still best to follow what it's on these pages since these were tested to be on its optimal performance.
