      May I know for what specific application you will be using AD7864-1? Since you have chosen this part for your application. 

      On the other hand, regarding the evaluation board reference design, the evaluation board for this product has been already obsoleted. So, I recommend using a newer product that has readily available evaluation board. Please check the product page of AD7606C-18, whether it is fit for your specific application.
