AD7124 CMRR vs frequency

Category: Datasheet/Specs
Product Number: AD7124

Hi,

Just wondering if the AD7124 has specs available of the CMRR vs frequency at different gains. We don't have any room for common mode filters on the analog inputs, and hoping we could get away without them (we are using differential filters though). Thanks.

  • Hi  ,

    Apologies for the late response.

You may refer to the figure below regarding the DC specification of the CMR of the device at different gains.

The device is intended for DC type specifications where it has a high common-mode rejection which removes common-mode noise on its ADC inputs. Will this be enough for your application?

May I ask your application for this which requires you for over frequency? Will your application be used under a harsh environment or are you expecting noise at specific frequencies in your system which can't be removed by the digital filter of the device?

    Thanks and regards,

    Rod
