Does the LTC2333 have a reference voltage of 5V or 4.096V?? 
 - internal reference voltage with an internal buffer. 
 - SoftSpan is set to 000, &rarr; analog span is from (0 to 5V)

 If the configuration of SoftSpan is 000, the internal reference with internal buffer are equal, VREFIN is equal to 2.048V while VREFBUF is equal to 4.096 V. Please refer to page 15 of its datasheet. 
 
 You can also refer to page 13 for more information about the pin functions of the device.
