LTC2333: How to read the output of ADC

Newer oscilloscopes have an option to decode SPI data transfers. If you scope has this capability, then you can read the data directly. If not, then you can do a screen capture and decode the data bit by bit using the CMOS I/O mode timing diagram on page 18 of the LTC2333-16 data sheet.

We are using MSOX3024G (https://www.keysight.com/in/en/product/MSOX3024G/mixed-signal-oscilloscope-200-mhz-4-analog-16-digital-channels.html).

you can do a screen capture and decode the data bit by bit 

>> I am not getting any thing on scope when i measured the signal at SDO with respect analog ground. Am i doing right?

Your scope can decode serial data if the option was purchased.

It looks like you have CSL pulled high. CSL should be low for SDO to be active.

 I applied input voltage at Channel 0 but still i am not able get SCKI , SDO ,SDI ,CS , BUSY ,PD and CNV. 

Can you please help me to find out root cause of this issue?

Please suggest some troubleshooting steps.

If you are using DC2365A, then you need to apply a clock 2.5Vpp at a frequency of 50.4MHz.

If you are using your own prototype board, it is your responsibility to provide SCKI, SDI CS, PD and CNV.
