AD4134 driven by LTC6373 - do I need clamping diodes?

ADC inputs are resistive and to add outputs of LTC6373 are clamped to the voltage applied on Vo pin of LTC6373.

LTC6373 inputs may need which could be mentioned in the DS.

Yes, we understand the need for ESD protection on the LTC6373 inputs - we have this in hand.

And yes, we could/should use the V+out pin on the LTC6373 and connect this to the ADC +5V supply but V- would still be connected to -15V supply.

I'm asking this question as none of the reference circuits in any of the data sheets show protection diodes .

Hi - just chasing to see if there are any recommendations for protecting an AD4134 driven by a LTC6373.

ADC input will have internal ESD protection diode, as long as the inputs of the LTC6373 are protected we dont need any protection for the ADC inputs. This is true for most of the ADC reference designs.

we are in process of releasing a design with LTC6373+AD4134 and again we dont use any protection for the ADC inputs in that as well
