AD7705/AD7706 datasheet describe that the AD7705 is 2 fully differential input channel ADCs. But this procedure is not clear how to proceed in the schematic.

 john-lazzaro is correct. You cannot have two simultaneous input signals using AD7705. You can only configure AD7705 with one differential analog input channel at a time. Thank you.
