Hi merdogan ,

       The AD7903 would be able to sample the 100Hz sine signal. This is in the assumption that following the condition and typical circuit shown in the datasheet. The datasheet may have just showed the range of frequency that is typically used. There is a ADC driver tool also to check the performance of the ADC and how is settles using difference RC filter and driver. You may use the link below. This is the result when using the AD7903. You may also try it for yourself by replacing some of the component that may fit your application. By the way I am curious to know what type of application you are using the AD7903, if this is OK to share.
