I may not be able to assist you on this matter as I haven't done any INL error modelling myself. But I saw this article that you may find helpful.

You can also try to ask someone from the other community. If this is not a product specific query, then it would be really difficult to direct you to specific community. But you can try this (+) ADI Education - EngineerZone (analog.com) maybe some of the members here in the academe may be able to assist you.
