Differences Between MAX11410ATI+ and MAX11410AATI+

Category: Hardware
Product Number: MAX11410ATI+ and MAX11410AATI+

Hi,

I have a question.
It would be helpful if I could get an answer.

There are two part numbers, MAX11410ATI+ and MAX11410AATI+,
What are the differences between these?
Since it is not written in the data sheet, please let me know.

Best Regards,

  • Sorry for late reply to old question. MAX11410A vs MAX11410 difference is in the performance of the matched current sources. Original version MAX11410 has chopper stabilized current sources. As a result, MAX11410A avoids the minor impact of chopper noise for sensitive high-impedance measurement applications that require matched excitation current sources. However MAX11410 non-A has better temperature drift and better matching between current sources. The differences can be found in the Electrical Characteristics table on page 11, under the heading of Matched Current Sources.
