Hi,
I have a question.
It would be helpful if I could get an answer.
There are two part numbers, MAX11410ATI+ and MAX11410AATI+,
What are the differences between these?
Since it is not written in the data sheet, please let me know.
Best Regards,
Naohisa

Sorry for late reply to old question. MAX11410A vs MAX11410 difference is in the performance of the matched current sources. Original version MAX11410 has chopper stabilized current sources. As a result, MAX11410A avoids the minor impact of chopper noise for sensitive high-impedance measurement applications that require matched excitation current sources. However MAX11410 non-A has better temperature drift and better matching between current sources. The differences can be found in the Electrical Characteristics table on page 11, under the heading of Matched Current Sources.
