AD5940 output Voltage

Hello I'm using the AD5940_ECSns_EIS example, I'm trying to see the excitation voltage in scope but amplitude values and frequency don't match with the programmed parameters, the frequency word and amplitude word are being calculated with the following formulas. I'm measuring the signal it between de CE0 pin and GND pin in AD5941ELCZ board, is that the correct way of measuring it?

Values are 300 mV peak to peak and a frequency of 200 kHz.
