AD4130-8 single supply mode with a single supplied INA

Category: Hardware
Product Number: AD4130-8

Hi there,

I want to use AD4130-8 to digitized the signals amplified by an INA AD8233. If I want to use the PGA gain at 128, how should I arrange the reference voltages so that they can both be single supplied?

For instance, we use 3.3 V as the VDD for AD4130-8 and AD8233 and ground them at the same GND.

Thanks,

Xiax

  • Hi Xiax,

    May I know your application?

You want to only have a single supply connected to both the reference voltages of AD4130-8 and AD8233 right?

If that's the case, can you share the target/required differential analog input voltage range for your ADC? The differential input voltage range of your ADC depends on the Vref and gain.

The value that you will set as reference voltage (for your single supply) for both the AD4130-8 and AD8233 will determine the differential analog input voltage range for your ADC.

    Best Regards,

    Rod
