How to use Serial 4-Wire Mode?

Hi, 
 
 I am clumsy about the function of the Serial 4-Wire Mode. I want to target that the data of all the 4 inputs comes at the same time into my evaluation unit. Would it be possible to do this with an MCU like some single-core 32-bit Cortex, or does it imply to use an FPGA or multi-core processor? Eventually, there is some commonly known method to do the trick with a single-core MCU?
