LTC2495 ADC error terms and PGA

Upon checking the datasheet, INL has a max value of 20 PPM of VRef. Can you show which part of the datasheet states 15 PPM VRef max INL? In case, I miss something. Moreover, I will confirm with the product owner about this and get back to you.

Sorry, I was going from memory and mis-typed. We're looking at the same data sheet, and my erear budget has 20ppm written down.

Apologies for the late response. The max INL and max positive and negative full scale error on the datasheet is specified and only guaranteed at a Gain of 1. You can use the equation you stated above to have an approximation but it is not a guaranteed spec.
