When the range of 0V to 2 × REFIN is selected (RANGE bit = 0),
How much variation (FS value is) is the 2.5V input from the outside?
Or because the gain error is the same, the input side is attenuated,
Is the FS value the same?

HI Uboti,
Sorry for this late response. When RANG bit is 0, the input voltage is from 0V to 2x REFIN. If for example REFIN = 2.5V, the total input voltage will be 0V to 5V. I did not understand what you mean by variation from the outside. Kindly elaborate further details on what you mean.

Jonathan
thank you for your reply.
The AD7927 uses an external REF input.
If I apply 2.5V to REFIN, I think it is internally set to 5V (in ~2×REFIN mode).
What is the gain variation from 2.5V to 5V?
Do you mean Gain error variation? Based on the datasheet, the positive error varies from +/-1.5LSB.
